The WES president Professor Rodolphe Maheux passed away on 9 May 2007. Until the AGM on 13 March 2008 in Melbourne, Australia, when the president-elect takes office, the WES will be jointly managed by Professor Hans Evers (president elect) and Professor Robert Shaw (immediate past president).
